Impact a Life

With as little as $15 a month, you can give life to a child. Make a meaningful difference on this earth and forever.

From its humble beginnings in 1972, IET has grown to become one of the largest and fastest growing indigenous missionary movements in the world. In the last ten years, IET has experienced phenomenal growth with over 2,200 missionaries currently working across India, Bhutan, and Nepal. The need for trained leaders to establish church-planting movements all across South East Asia has become an important need for IET and for the Kingdom. IET needs to train a minimum of 400 new missionaries and missionary leaders every year.

IET operates on the principle of spiritual multiplication as mandated by the Great Commission. Each pastor/missionary trained by IET is required to plant a church, disciple, and shepherd this church until a mature body of believers is established. Then they must train a few members of that church for church-planting work. The original missionary then repeats the process in another unreached village. Based on previous experience, we estimate that at least 40 pioneer churches will be planted for each trained church planter.

South East Asia Leadership Training and Development Center (SALTDC)

SALTDC provides higher leadership and ministry training to those with potential to become national leaders. These trained church planters are equipped to lead one or multiple church planting movements.

Mission statement: SALTDC is passionately committed to train men and women called of God to be developed into Christ-likeness, to plant churches as servant leaders by moving in the power of Holy Spirit and to be rooted in the Word of God with skills to apply it in their context with excellence.

South East Asia Leadership Training Center (SALTDC) currently trains 150 in-resident future church planting leaders every year. When fully completed, SALTDC will accommodate 500 students and also serve as a base for continued training of IET field missionary leaders. Once fully completed, SALTDC will train 500 future church planting leaders and provide continuing advanced leadership training to another 1000 field missionaries, every year, while allowing them to continue to remain in the field.
