IET has twenty one regional Bible schools, each named Beersheba Bible Institute, operating at various times in various parts of South East Asia. The Beersheba Bible Institute trains grass root church planters.
Each regional Bible school trains future church planters from that region in its unique regional language and within their cultural context.
Native missionaries are better equipped to communicate the gospel in culturally appropriate ways and in the local language, as they are from the areas where they minister. Not only that native missionaries do not have to climb over many social barriers that are faced by international missionaries, as they are able to live at the level of the people they serve. It’s truly amazing as the Gospel becomes relevant to those who have never heard, as it is being preached from one of their own.
