Motorcycles

Each church planting movement (division) is divided into sub-divisions. The division is led by a coordinator or divisional leader (field director). Each sub-division is led by a junior leader. A junior leader oversees about 3-12 church planters. Each church planting movement or division has about 4-12 sub-divisions.

A motorcycle or motorized bike is a critical tool that enables each junior leader to visit each church planter and each pioneer church in that sub-division each month. This is a critical element in providing continuous care and encouragement to the isolated church planter.

In addition, this visit allows the new converts to be encouraged and receive teachings from the Word of God by the visiting junior leader. This is critical in establishing pioneer churches.

IET needs 24 motorbikes every year. One motorbike costs Rs.40,000/-
